Prices are generally ex-factory (Haryana) unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
4. Delivery and Logistics
Factory Pickup: For orders placed for pickup from our Haryana factory, risk of loss passes to the buyer once the material is loaded onto the transport vehicle.
Timelines: Lead times provided are estimates. SFEPL is not liable for project delays caused by third-party logistics, site unreadiness, or Force Majeure events.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to the SFEPL logo, product designs, technical data sheets, and images of our noise barriers, is the intellectual property of SFEPL. Unauthorised reproduction or "framing" of this content for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Installation: SFEPL is a manufacturer. Unless a separate installation contract is signed, we are not liable for any accidents or system failures resulting from improper installation by third-party contractors.
Usage: Our barriers are designed to mitigate damage in accordance with specific crash-test ratings. SFEPL does not guarantee the prevention of all injuries or fatalities in high-impact or non-standard vehicular collisions.
